About the Project
What will the kitchen of the future look like? How can artificial intelligence transform the way we learn, cook, and manage resources?
These are the challenges addressed by GASTRO-AI – AI-Driven Future in Gastronomy: Digital Innovation in VET, a European project funded by the Erasmus+ Programme under the KA210-VET action.
Coordinated by Liceul Tehnologic „Cezar Nicolau” in Brănești, Romania, the project brings together four vocational education and training institutions from Romania, Türkiye, Slovakia, and Czechia in a partnership dedicated to the digital and sustainable transformation of gastronomy education.
GASTRO-AI aims to modernize vocational training by integrating artificial intelligence into recipe development, menu planning, smart kitchen management, and hospitality service improvement.
The project promotes a new vision of vocational education: Kitchen 4.0 – smart, digital, and sustainable kitchens.
